RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business planning and analysis
*Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify customer
pain points and propose opportunities for growth
* Maintain databases and extract actionable insights through analyzing large, complex
and multi-dimensional data
* Work with cross-functional teams to rapidly execute and iterate
2. Others
* Support firm-wide development by defining and streamlining the business process
* Assist in various areas of the business such as asset management, financial planning
analysis (FP&A) and others, on an ad hoc basis
职责：
1.业务规划和分析
*进行全面的市场调查和竞争对手分析，以识别客户
痛点并提出增长机会
*通过分析大型复杂数据来维护数据库并提取可操作的见解
和多维数据

REQUIREMENTS:
A strong interest in Fintech and disruptive technologies such as Blockchain and AI
A hard work ethic, a proven track record and passion to succeed in an ever-changing
and exciting digital landscape
Understand what matters most and prioritize ruthlessly
Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and
cross-cultural stakeholders
Ability to work in a high pressure, team-based, fast-paced environment with minimal
supervision
Excellent with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Financial Engineering,
Marketing or other related disciplines in the penultimate year
